You can pay using PayPal or by credit card payments via Stripe. For some purchases, we offer payment plans, so you don't need to make one big outlay.

All books and courses are digital. Books are available in PDF or ePub formats, while courses are self-paced video lessons. If you'd prefer a physical copy of a book, you can purchase directly from Amazon via the link on the corresponding book page.

Refunds are not generally available for digital downloads, but I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you're not satisfied, do get in touch and I’ll see what we can arrange.

Additionally, if I accidentally sent you the wrong item, contact me and I'll promptly send you the correct item along with a token of appreciation for your patience and understanding. My goal is to ensure you have the best possible experience, and I'm committed to making things right if any issues arise.

Once you have made your payment, you'll have access to the courses through your PayHip account.

The courses are self-paced, and you can watch them as often as you like.

You can’t download the videos, so you will need an internet connection to access the courses. If this won’t work for you, do get in touch and we’ll see what we can arrange.
